OK as I made note last week, I was the guest host on my friend John Gallaghers podcast: The Drunk Show. We drink and ramble on about pop culture.... all is well. See, the catch is we record this in an actual radio studio. This week, hilarity and terror ensued....
We had discussed before we went on air that we would talk about the TV show Lost. We were looking for a song from the show to play when we segued into that conversation, what we happened upon was a rap song about the show done to the beat of Asher Roth's "I Love College." So, the show starts, we're drinking and talking when one of John's co-workers informs us that the first minute of the song had just aired on a station currently playing nothing but Christmas music. Needless to say I think we successfully confused anyone listening to the station at that point as they heard the news... a Lost rap song.... then a quote saying "Aren't the holidays wonderful."
